2. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided through our website, by email, telephone, or in person are:
● Free unless otherwise stated.
● Valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.
● Subject to change if project conditions differ from those disclosed during the estimate.
Final pricing may change if additional work, materials, labor, or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
3. Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
Customers agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payments
Payment is due according to the invoice or service agreement. We reserve the right to require:
● Deposits
● Progress payments
● Payment in full before work begins for certain projects
Accepted payment methods may include:
● Credit cards
● Debit cards
● ACH
● Cash
● Certified funds
● Other approved payment methods
Late payments may be subject to collection costs, attorney's fees where permitted by law, and applicable interest.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel scheduled appointments by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment may also result in a service fee.
6. Refund Policy
Because our services involve reserving labor, scheduling employees, travel expenses, equipment, and administrative costs, refunds are limited.
Deposits
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless:
● The Company is unable to perform the services.
● Required by applicable Massachusetts law.
Completed Services
Once services have been completed, no refunds will be issued.
If a customer believes work was not completed according to the agreed scope, the customer must notify the Company in writing within five (5) business days of service completion.
We reserve the right to inspect the work and, at our discretion, repair or correct any verified workmanship issues before any refund is considered.
7. Exchange Policy
Because we provide professional services rather than retail products, exchanges do not apply.
If an incorrect service was provided due solely to Company error, we may reschedule or provide the appropriate service at no additional cost.
8. Chargeback Policy
Customers agree to contact Moise Enterprise before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
By purchasing services, the customer agrees that:
● They have authorized the transaction.
● They understand the scope of work.
● They received the agreed services.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may constitute breach of contract.
If a customer files a chargeback after services have been rendered, the Company reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to the financial institution, including:
● Signed estimates
● Contracts
● Emails
● Text messages
● Photographs
● Work orders
● GPS records
● Time logs
● Invoices
● Payment records
Customers remain responsible for any unpaid balances if a chargeback is reversed in favor of the Company.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
● Provide accurate information.
● Maintain safe property conditions.
● Secure pets.
● Disclose hazards.
● Obtain any required homeowner or municipal approvals.
The Company may refuse service if working conditions are unsafe.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Moise Enterprise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Website Use
Users agree not to:
